About the Role

Role Overview:
UmrahMeals, a faith-driven FoodTech startup, is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (India) to lead the setup and growth of their operations in India. As part of the founding team, you will be responsible for various key functions to establish and scale the market in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Lead sales, onboarding, and support of Umrah tour operators in India

  • • Build a regional team comprising telecallers and account managers

  • • Oversee marketing, payment operations, and partner success

  • • Support office setup and brand development efforts

  • • Collaborate on product feedback and B2B workflows
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • Minimum 5 years of experience in travel, food service, or startup operations

  • • Familiarity with Umrah/Hajj tour operators and the B2B religious travel ecosystem

  • • Strong leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset

  • • Passion for leading market development and ensuring customer success

  • • Experience in team building, execution, and ground operations
