Reports to: MD/CEO

CTC Budget: Up to 55 LPA

Purpose of the Role

The Vice President – Marketing will
lead the overall brand, demand generation, product marketing and go-to-market strategy in the Fast Moving Consumer Durables segment, driving market share growth, brand equity and consumer preference across channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Define and execute

  • long-term brand and marketing strategy
    aligned with business goals
  • • Lead

  • brand positioning, communication architecture and portfolio strategy
  • • Drive

  • new product launches, pricing, packaging and lifecycle management
  • • Develop and execute scalable

  • go-to-market strategies across GT, MT and E-commerce
  • • Plan and manage

  • ATL, BTL, Digital and Trade Marketing initiatives
  • Own marketing budget, media spends and ROI measurement

  • • Build strong agency partnerships and governance mechanisms

  • • Lead, mentor and develop high-performing marketing teams

    Strengthen digital presence, performance marketing, e-commerce visibility, consumer engagement, CRM and data-driven marketing capabilities.

    Stakeholder Management

    Work closely with Sales, Product, Finance and Manufacturing teams as well as external partners, agencies and channel stakeholders.

    Education

    MBA / PGDM in Marketing from a reputed institute

    Experience


    18–25 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 8–10 years in senior leadership roles within Consumer Durables / FMCD industry.
