Purpose of the Role
The Vice President – Marketing will
lead the overall brand, demand generation, product marketing and go-to-market strategy in the Fast Moving Consumer Durables segment, driving market share growth, brand equity and consumer preference across channels.
Key Responsibilities
long-term brand and marketing strategy
aligned with business goals
brand positioning, communication architecture and portfolio strategy
new product launches, pricing, packaging and lifecycle management
go-to-market strategies across GT, MT and E-commerce
ATL, BTL, Digital and Trade Marketing initiatives

Digital . Consumer Engagement
Strengthen digital presence, performance marketing, e-commerce visibility, consumer engagement, CRM and data-driven marketing capabilities.
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with Sales, Product, Finance and Manufacturing teams as well as external partners, agencies and channel stakeholders.
Education
MBA / PGDM in Marketing from a reputed institute
Experience
18–25 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 8–10 years in senior leadership roles within Consumer Durables / FMCD industry.
Ideal Candidate
A marketer who has scaled consumer durable brands in India through multi-channel launches (retail, e-commerce, direct), with proven experience owning P&L at category or business unit level.
Estimated Salary Range(high confidence)
₹45 L – ₹55 L per year
