  • • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and enhance processes

  • • Apply basic AI knowledge and copilot skills effectively

    • Qualifications Required:

  • • Experience in managing global Hiring and Onboarding processes

  • • Proficiency in background verification process, vendor management, and regulatory compliance requirements

  • • Expertise in Workday and Service Now applications

  • • Strong communication and influencing skills

  • • Ability to leverage data-driven insights for decision-making and process improvements

  • • Basic AI knowledge and copilot skills

    • Desirable Skillsets:

  • • Experience in the onboarding space in the BFS domain

  • • Strong operations background with experience in process simplification and managing large-scale transformations
