Key Responsibilities:

  • • Own the Lifecycle: Lead specific product features from problem definition and solution design to launch and continuous optimization.

  • • Deep Dive into Problems: Collaborate with the CPO to grasp high-conviction problem statements, conduct thorough user research, competitive analysis, and data exploration to identify precise user needs.

  • • Collaborate on Solutions: Work closely with Product Designers to transform requirements into engaging and user-centric designs, iterating based on feedback.

  • • Drive Execution: Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure clear communication, effective backlog management, and timely delivery of high-quality features.

  • Qualifications:

  • • 3-5 years of hands-on Product Manager experience, with a successful track record of delivering features.

  • • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, and basic SQL.

  • • Ability to translate high-level problems into detailed, actionable product specifications.

  • • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

  • • Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.

  • • Proactive mindset with a focus on growth, willingness to learn, and take ownership.

  • • Specialization in AI: Understanding of AI/ML concepts, data requirements for AI models, and challenges in building AI-powered products. Ability to articulate technical requirements to AI engineering teams.
