About the Role

You are an experienced F&A Operations Leader who will be responsible for managing global service delivery for international clients across US, UK, Ireland, and Australia within a leading KPO organization.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end F&A operations with large team management (200+ associates). - Drive operational excellence, SLA adherence, quality, and productivity improvements.

  • • Manage global client relationships and handle escalations effectively.

  • • Lead transformation initiatives including automation, AI, and process optimization.

  • • Own commercial aspects including P&L, pricing, margins, and contract governance.

  • • Support business growth through transitions, solutioning, and strategic initiatives.
  • Required Profile:

  • • 16-20 years of experience with 10+ years in leadership roles.

  • • Experience managing Finance & Accounting operations for international clients in KPO/BPM environments.

  • • Strong exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, Tally, etc.

  • • Proven experience in digital transformation, automation, and operational scaling.

  • • Candidates with strong global client management, large team leadership, and F&A transformation experience will be preferred.
