About the Role

As a Global Learning Design and Development Project Manager Assistant Director at EY, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of EY professionals globally by delivering high-quality learning design and development projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • • Developing detailed project plans for each project, identifying deliverable due dates and review cycles

  • • Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, subject matter resources, and third-party vendors

  • • Ensuring adherence to operations and compliance processes, including procurement, finance, and risk management

  • • Coordinating and monitoring the work of project managers, designers, and developers

  • • Identifying and assessing risks, consulting with leadership on options, and facilitating regular project and team meetings

  • • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation and measuring project performance
  • To qualify for this role, you must have:

  • • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in managing learning design and development projects at a global level

  • • Demonstrable project management skills, including vendor management

  • • Experience in managing multiple large-scale and complex projects using project management software

  • • Strong relationship-building skills with business customers/clients, including at the senior level

  • • Strategic thinking and commercial acumen

  • • Experience mentoring junior team members
  • Ideally, you should also have:

  • • Strong knowledge of learning end-to-end processes and standards

  • • Understanding of learning science and evidence-based design practices

  • • Bachelor's degree and ideally higher professional or master's qualification
