About the Role

Position Overview: The COO will be a key member of the senior management team, responsible for overseeing diverse business operations. This role requires an experienced leader with exceptional business acumen and the ability to manage and optimize coding, billing, and collections processes.

Key Responsibilities Operational Management:

  • • Oversee RCM Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of the RCM division, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

  • • Monitor KPIs: Assess the effectiveness of RCM processes through key performance indicators.

  • • Ensure Accuracy: Oversee timely and accurate billing, coding, collections, and reimbursements.

  • • Improve Patient Experience: Lead initiatives to enhance the patient billing experience.

  • • Ensure Reporting Accuracy: Collaborate with the finance team for accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
