About the Role

Position Overview: The COO will be a key member of the senior management team, responsible for overseeing diverse business operations. This role requires an experienced leader with exceptional business acumen and the ability to manage and optimize coding, billing, and collections processes.

Key Responsibilities Operational Management:

• Oversee RCM Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of the RCM division, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

• Ensure Accuracy: Oversee timely and accurate billing, coding, collections, and reimbursements.

Financial Oversight
