About the Role
As an Interim COO for a Manufacturing Company in Delhi NCR, you will play a crucial role in leading and stabilizing end-to-end manufacturing operations during a phase of rapid scale-up and operational expansion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Strengthen plant automation, data-driven decision making, and digital manufacturing capabilities.
- Ensure seamless integration of ERP / MES / manufacturing analytics systems.
- Improve supply chain resilience and operational agility to support business growth.
- Optimize cost structures and procurement strategies.
- Establish robust governance, operational KPIs, and reporting structures.
- Lead and mentor plant heads, operations teams, and supply chain leaders.
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective action plans.

- Drive improvements in operational KPIs such as OEE, cost per unit, yield, quality, and turnaround time.
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective action plans.
