About the Role

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for overseeing procurement, stores, inventory, and logistics for a large site. Your role involves providing Techno-Commercial support to various operational and functional areas of the site, in alignment with business objectives and the Techno-Commercial function operating model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Develop and implement a comprehensive plan aligned with Business Unit (BU) strategy and Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) guidelines.

  • • Design the Site Function Structure to ensure alignment with the operating model, group organization design principles, and site requirements.

  • • Develop and oversee procurement plans for all categories at the site level, including strategic sourcing for CapEx, OpEx, and services.

  • • Establish and govern vendor performance evaluation processes, engage with vendors for performance improvements, and implement vendor engagement mechanisms based on group guidelines.

  • • Provide support to ensure continuous regulatory conformity and review/approve contracts for site-specific procurements.

  • • Formulate a manpower plan, drive a collaborative and high-performance culture, set goals, review performance, and provide feedback. Create an effective framework for Functional Capability building.

  • • Stay updated with digital and AI advancements to enhance business competitiveness.

  • • Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative teams, and mentor for growth and success.

    • Qualification Required:

  • • Bachelor's degree in engineering with a Master's degree preferred in business administration, supply chain management, operations, finance, or a related area.

  • • More than 16 years of experience in supply chain management and procurement, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role leading the Procurement function in a large or mid-sized organization.
