About the Role

As a seasoned Supply Chain & Operations leader, you will play a crucial role in driving end-to-end supply chain strategy and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning and leading all aspects of supply chain operations such as procurement, planning, manufacturing coordination, warehousing, logistics, and distribution

• Defining and executing supply chain strategy in alignment with business and growth objectives

• Driving cost optimization, working capital improvement, and inventory efficiency

• Leading vendor development, strategic sourcing, and contract negotiations

• Overseeing S&OP / IBP processes to ensure demand-supply alignment

• Championing operational excellence, lean initiatives, and process standardization across multiple locations

• Leading digital transformation initiatives by implementing ERP, TMS, WMS, planning, and analytics tools

• Building and mentoring senior leadership teams, ensuring strong governance and performance management

• Managing risk, compliance, and business continuity throughout the supply chain

• Collaborating with CXOs and cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate business scalability
