About the Role

As the Head of Sales - ISC / VP Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving sales strategy, leading a high-performing team, ensuring revenue growth, and strengthening market presence across the cluster. Your responsibilities will include defining and implementing sales strategy, standardizing processes, optimizing workflows, driving digital transformation, developing a qualified sales team, monitoring sales performance, managing resources effectively, maintaining strong customer relationships, collaborating cross-functionally, and ensuring governance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Define and implement sales strategy for the assigned region in line with the overall strategy.

  • • Standardize and optimize processes, structures, and workflows to improve efficiency.

  • • Drive digital transformation within the sales function, ensuring seamless integration of digital tools and business processes.

  • • Build, develop, and motivate a qualified and high-performing sales team.

  • • Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to direct reports.

  • • Monitor and analyze sales performance to meet or exceed targets.

  • • Plan and manage human, material, and financial resources effectively.

  • • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

  • • Ensure high customer satisfaction through superior service and support.

  • • Work closely with marketing, product development, operations, and other functions to ensure strategic alignment.

  • • Define internal regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable guidelines, standards, and systems.

  • • Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
