About the Role

Role Overview:
As the Chief Operating Officer at PropChk, you will play a crucial role in leading the operational strategy of the company. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring that our construction quality inspection services provide superior value to clients while driving profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct all operational departments such as inspections, compliance, client services, and administration.

• Identify inefficiencies, implement best practices, and establish scalable systems for efficient operations.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), manage budgets, and report on operational metrics to the executive leadership.

• Build, mentor, and manage department heads to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• Ensure that inspection services consistently meet industry standards and exceed client expectations.

• Support strategic accounts, oversee client satisfaction initiatives, and manage client relationships effectively.

• Collaborate with the CEO and board to develop a long-term operational roadmap and drive growth initiatives.

• Maintain regulatory compliance and implement risk mitigation protocols for the company.

Qualifications Required:

• 15+ years of operations management experience in construction, engineering, or related industries with a focus on quality.

• Proven track record of managing multi-functional teams and P&L responsibility.

• Strong knowledge of construction industry standards and quality assurance processes.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to implement operational systems and lead organizational change effectively.

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

• Background in scaling operations for growing companies.
