About the Role

As an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) at a paint brush manufacturing business, your role will involve overseeing operational functions at the Head Office in Noida and the manufacturing facility in Gujarat. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

• Overseeing production, supply chain, quality control, and plant operations at the Gujarat factory.

• Developing and implementing operational strategies aligned with business goals.

• Collaborating with senior leadership to drive business growth and operational excellence.

• Monitoring KPIs, analyzing operational data, and optimizing processes.

• Managing cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

• Facilitating communication between the head office and factory teams during visits.

To excel in this role, you are required to meet the following key requirements:

• Proven experience of 10 years in a senior operations role, preferably as COO or similar, in manufacturing.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning abilities.

• Experience managing multi-location operations with regular travel commitments.

• Sound knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and supply chain management.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
