We are hiring for leading Series-A clean label nutrition brand based out of Mumbai.

Role Overview

The COO will be responsible for driving end-to-end business operations and growth, including supply chain, commercial strategy, and P&L ownership. The ideal candidate is someone who has scaled consumer brands from an early stage, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

This role requires a builder's mindset - someone comfortable creating processes from scratch while rapidly scaling revenue and operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Business & P&L Ownership:

- Own and drive the company's overall P&L, with accountability for revenue growth, margins, and operational efficiency.

- Build and execute the business expansion strategy across online and offline channels.

- Translate the company's strategic vision into clear operating plans and measurable outcomes.

Growth & Commercial Execution:

- Partner with marketing and sales teams to accelerate growth across D2C, marketplaces, and retail distribution.

- Identify and unlock new revenue opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.

- Track performance metrics and implement systems for data-driven decision making.

Team & Organizational Building:

- Build and lead high-performing teams across operations, supply chain, and business execution.

- Establish operating processes, reporting structures, and performance management systems.
