About the Company
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the organization, ensuring efficient execution of business strategies, and driving operational excellence across all verticals. The COO will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to translate strategic goals into actionable plans, optimize processes, and ensure seamless delivery of programs and services within the EdTech ecosystem.

Responsibilities
• Operational Leadership• Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with strategic goals.• Develop and implement operational policies, systems, and processes to support scalability.• Monitor and improve operational workflows across all departments.
• Strategy Execution• Work closely with the CEO to translate strategic vision into actionable operational plans.• Drive execution of key initiatives and ensure timely delivery of business objectives.• Track and monitor performance against strategic goals and KPIs.
• Program . Delivery Management• Oversee end-to-end execution of training programs, academic delivery, and project implementation.• Ensure high-quality standards in content delivery, student experience, and outcomes.• Improve delivery frameworks and operational models for better efficiency and scalability.
• Process Optimization . Efficiency• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.• Introduce automation, tools, and systems to streamline workflows.• Ensure standardization and best practices across all operational functions.
• Team . Organizational Leadership• Lead and mentor operational teams across delivery, academics, and project management.• Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.• Strengthen coordination between sales, marketing, operations, and academic teams.
• Financial . Resource Management• Manage operational budgets and ensure cost optimization.• Allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency and profitability.• Work with the finance team to monitor operational costs and improve margins.
• Stakeholder Coordination• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.• Support partnerships with educational institutions, corporates, and government initiatives from an operational perspective.• Ensure client satisfaction through effective delivery and service excellence.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Technology, or related field.• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.• 12–18. years of professional experience, with strong exposure to operations management in EdTech, education, or service-based organizations.• Proven experience in managing large-scale operations, program delivery, and cross-functional teams.• Experience in process optimization, scaling operations, and driving efficiency.
