About the Role

As the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at SandMartin Consultants Pvt. Ltd., your role will be crucial in building, scaling, and maintaining a high-performance workforce. You will oversee the entire HR function, ensuring alignment of people strategy with business objectives, talent availability, operational excellence, statutory compliance, and fostering a strong employee-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities: - Strategic HR Leadership: - Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans. - Partner with senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and capability building.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on people, culture, and change initiatives.

  • Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning: - Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategies for KPO roles, including analysts, SMEs, managers, and leadership positions.

  • - Build scalable hiring models to support business expansion and new client acquisitions.
    - Strengthen employer branding to attract high-quality niche talent.

  • Talent Management and Development: - Design and implement performance management systems aligned with productivity, quality, and client deliverables.

  • - Drive learning and development initiatives, leadership development programs, and succession planning.
    - Identify high-potential talent and create career paths to improve retention.

  • Compensation, Benefits, and Rewards: - Design competitive compensation and benefits structures aligned with market benchmarks and business sustainability.

  • Employee Engagement and Culture: - Foster a high engagement, high accountability culture across the organization.

  • HR Operations and Compliance: - Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and employment standards.

    Qualifications and Experience:
    To excel in this role, you should hold an MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or a related field. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 15-20 years of progressive HR leadership experience. Prior exposure to KPO, BPO, ITeS, or professional services industries is highly preferred. Your proven track record in scaling organizations and managing multi-location workforces will be beneficial in this position.
