Location: Hyderabad.

Exxeella Education Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Vice President Operations to lead and oversee our entire Hyderabad operations. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can drive strategic growth while ensuring smooth day-to-day execution across all business verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end operations of the Hyderabad branch across admissions, student recruitment, immigration, and travel services

Drive operational efficiency, process improvement, and quality standards across all departments

Lead, mentor, and manage department heads and cross-functional teams

Own P&L responsibility for the Hyderabad location and drive revenue and growth targets

Build and strengthen partnerships with universities, institutions, and channel partners

Ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory, and company policy requirements

Collaborate with HR on recruitment, training, and workforce planning for the location

Monitor KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and present performance updates to senior leadership/management

Manage budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation

Represent Exxeella at key stakeholder meetings, events, and partner engagements

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)

10+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 35 years in a senior leadership role

Experience in the education, overseas education/immigration, or consultancy sector strongly preferred

Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills

Proven track record of managing multi-department operations and driving business growth

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
