Qualifications: - MBA in Human Resources / Organizational Development
With over 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role, you will bring strategic HR leadership, organizational development, talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, workforce analytics, HR technology & AI, compensation & benefits, employee relations, change management, labor law compliance, and global workforce management skills to the role.
