About the Role

As the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Sathvar, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing the global people strategy to support the company's rapid international growth. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of HR management, including talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, compensation, employee engagement, learning & development, and HR technology initiatives.

  • Compliance & Governance - Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations

  • - Develop HR policies, employee handbooks, and governance frameworks

    Qualifications: - MBA in Human Resources / Organizational Development

  • • Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

  • • Additional certifications in HR, Leadership, Talent Management, or Organizational Development preferred
  • With over 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role, you will bring strategic HR leadership, organizational development, talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, workforce analytics, HR technology & AI, compensation & benefits, employee relations, change management, labor law compliance, and global workforce management skills to the role.
