About the Role

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, planning, risk management, and financial reporting. Your role will play a critical part in driving business growth, ensuring financial health, and supporting strategic decision-making.

  • Financial Strategy & Leadership: - Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals - Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team - Lead long-term financial planning and forecasting
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): - Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

  • - Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights
    - Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs

  • Accounting & Reporting: - Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)

  • - Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll
    - Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS)

  • Risk Management & Compliance: - Identify and manage financial risks

  • - Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and tax requirements
    - Oversee internal controls and audit processes

  • Cash Flow & Capital Management: - Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital

  • - Optimize capital structure and funding strategies
    - Maintain relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions

  • Investor Relations (if applicable): - Communicate financial performance to stakeholders and investors

  • - Support fundraising, mergers, acquisitions, and IPO activities

  • Team Leadership: - Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team

  • - Build a high-performing finance function
    - Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

    Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)

  • • 515+ years of progressive financial leadership experience

  • • Proven experience as CFO or senior finance executive

  • • Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and regulations

  • • Experience with financial systems, ERP, and data analytics tools

  • • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
  • Preferred Experience: - Experience in [Industry e.g., SaaS, Manufacturing, Healthcare]

  • • Experience in scaling organizations or high-growth environments

  • • M&A or fundraising experience
