About the Role
- Investor Relations Strategy: Design and execute long-term IR strategy aligned with corporate vision and growth roadmap.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with institutional investors, FIIs/FPIs, mutual funds, family offices, and investment banks.
- Financial Communication: Lead quarterly earnings calls, prepare investor presentations, fact sheets, and annual reports.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to SEBI (LODR) Regulations, Companies Act, and timely NSE/BSE filings.
- Market Intelligence: Track peer performance, sector trends, and analyst coverage; provide actionable insights.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with finance, legal, and strategy teams; support M&A and fundraising activities.
- IR Infrastructure: Oversee investor website, disclosure policy, and best-practice governance framework.
Ideal Candidate
Someone who has spent 10–15 years progressing through investor relations or corporate finance roles at publicly listed Indian companies, ideally with hands-on experience managing institutional relationships and navigating SEBI compliance during fundraising or IPO cycles.
