Assistant Vice President of Compliance (Pune Division)

General Manager/ Senior Manager/Assistant Vice President - Corporate Sales Business Development & Client Acquisition
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate accounts.
Coordinate with placement, operations and claims teams to ensure seamless client experience.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of insurance products, market trend and underwriting practices.
Sales Planning & Reporting
Prepare annual and quarterly sales plans and forecasts.
Track performance metrics and provide regular sales reports to Reporting Head.
Work closely with placement, claims and support teams for client deliverables.

Solid understanding of insurance products (Group Health, Property, Liability, Marine, etc.)
Proven track record in B2B or corporate sales within insurance broking or insurance industry.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
Minimum 79 years of experience in corporate insurance sales, preferably in an insurance broking environment.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Achievement of sales and revenue targets. .
