About the Role

As an experienced AVP - HRO Operations, you will be leading large-scale HR Operations and Shared Services delivery across the US and European markets. Your role will involve leveraging HR transformation expertise, digital HR capabilities, and operational leadership to drive efficiency, scalability, and superior employee experience.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end HR Operations delivery across global shared services in the US and Europe regions. - Drive HR transformation initiatives focusing on process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement. - Oversee HR service delivery encompassing employee lifecycle management, HR helpdesk, case management, and HRIS operations.

  • • Utilize platforms like Workday and ServiceNow HR modules to enhance service delivery and employee experience.

  • • Manage and scale large HR operations teams, ensuring performance meets SLAs, quality, and productivity metrics.

  • • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align HR operations with the business strategy.

  • • Drive HR analytics and insights for supporting data-driven decision-making.

  • • Identify and implement process improvements, digitization, and automation opportunities.

  • • Ensure governance, compliance, and adherence to global HR policies and standards.
  • Required Skills & Experience: - 12-15 years of experience in HR Operations/HR Shared Services/HRO environments.
