About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Vice President (AVP) Operations to lead operational functions, drive efficiency, and support the organization's growth and expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee end-to-end operational functions across the organization to ensure smooth business operations.Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.Manage and mentor cross-functional teams while fostering a high-performance and collaborative work environment.Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimization, and operational excellence.Ensure high levels of service quality, client satisfaction, and adherence to operational KPIs.Oversee vendor management, procurement activities, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.Monitor operational performance through MIS reports, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.Collaborate with senior management to support business expansion, new project launches, and operational scalability.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and customer experience.Ensure effective risk management and implementation of operational best practices.QualificationsMBA or Postgraduate qualification in Operations/Business Management will be preferred.Experience56 years of relevant experience in Operations Management.Experience managing cross-functional teams and business operations.Prior experience in scaling operations or handling multiple business units will be an added advantage.Experience in the Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure industry is preferred.Required SkillsStrong leadership and people management skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and operational reporting/MIS tools.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strategic thinking with a hands-on execution approach.What We're Looking ForA proactive leader with a strong ownership mindset.Excellent planning, organizational, and decision-making abilities.Ability to drive operational excellence while maintaining a customer-first approach.A collaborative professional capable of working across departments and leading change initiatives. .
