About the Role

Role Overview:
You are being considered for the position of Chief Operating Officer at a Fintech company with a vision and mission of transforming the healthcare ecosystem. This role is pivotal for the company's growth and expansion plans. As the COO, you will play a crucial part in shaping and overseeing the systems, processes, and people needed to support business operations and ensure the fulfillment of revenue forecasts, growth targets, and expansion into new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Anticipate future trends and develop and implement business strategies aligning with short- and long-term objectives set with the CEO and Cofounders.

  • • Translate strategic plans into actionable steps for growth, including organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and expansion through acquisitions.

  • • Work closely with the CEO and cofounders to establish goals, manage operations, scale the business, enhance employee productivity, determine hiring and training needs, and take responsibility for profit and loss.

  • • Engage with key stakeholders in hospitals, collaborate with marketing teams for campaign planning, and coordinate with product teams for product launches and feature enhancements.

  • • Develop and implement operational processes that are efficient, scalable, and adaptable to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Qualification Required:

  • • Postgraduate degree from a reputable B-School.

  • • Preferably aged above 40 years, with an ideal age range of 42-46 years.

  • • Extensive experience in executive leadership roles with a strong background in Sales/Business Development in industries like FMCG, Retail, Fintech, or Technology.

  • • Proven experience in managing large teams of over 300 individuals.

  • • Experience handling multiple zones at a national level, preferably two zones such as West/North, North/South, or West/South.

  • • Demonstrated leadership skills, unwavering determination, and personal integrity. Role Overview:
