About the Role

As a Talent Lead in this regional leadership opportunity, you will play a crucial role in driving the end-to-end talent and operational excellence agenda across the region. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic & Commercial Leadership: - Own regional P&L across talent supply, contractor management, and supply chain - Drive growth through workforce monetization and operational efficiency - Partner with senior leaders to align strategy and execution
  • Operational Excellence: - Lead end-to-end talent lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and redeployment

  • - Implement scalable processes, automation, and digital solutions
    - Deliver exceptional service across customers, candidates, and partners

  • Talent & Supply Chain Management: - Build strong talent pipelines aligned to customer demand

  • - Strengthen supplier partnerships and workforce ecosystem
    - Drive fulfillment performance and supply optimization

  • Governance & Compliance: - Ensure adherence to labour laws, compliance, WHS, and data privacy standards

  • - Lead risk management, quality assurance, and governance frameworks

  • Leadership & Culture: - Lead and develop high-performing teams across operations and talent functions

  • - Foster a collaborative, customer-centric, and high-performance culture

  • • Proven senior leadership experience in talent, workforce solutions, MSP, or operations

  • • Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience

  • • Expertise in end-to-end talent lifecycle and supply chain management

  • • Experience driving operational transformation, automation, and scalability

  • • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

  • • Ability to lead large, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
