Role Overview:

The Vice President Sales will lead and drive PAN-India sales operations for Doors and Architectural Products, managing both Project Sales and Channel Sales. The role focuses on expanding market presence, driving specifications, building strong trade relationships, and achieving sustainable revenue growth across regions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Project Sales and Channel Sales teams across PAN India, managing a team of approximately 20+ members.Develop and implement national sales strategies for Doors and Architectural Products (including engineered doors, flush doors, frames, and related solutions).Drive specification sales through architects, consultants, builders, developers, and contractors.Strengthen and expand dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks across key markets.Manage large projects, key accounts, and institutional clients from lead generation to order closure.Build, mentor, and motivate geographically dispersed sales teams with clear KPIs and performance tracking.Monitor competition, pricing, product positioning, and emerging architectural trends.Ensure achievement of sales targets, collections, and contribution margins.Work closely with Marketing and Product teams on launches, branding, and market penetration initiatives.Travel extensively across multiple states to support teams, projects, and strategic accounts.

Candidate Profile

1520 years of total sales experience in Doors / Architectural Products / Building Materials.Strong prior experience in Doors, Plywood, Laminates, Veneers, Architectural Hardware, Adhesives, or related categories.Proven track record of managing both Project Sales and Channel Sales at a PAN-India or multi-regional level.Hands-on experience with specification-driven sales and architect-led project environments.Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Strategic mindset with strong execution capability.Willingness to travel extensively across India. Preferred Attributes

Established network with architects, PMC consultants, builders, and large contractors.Experience in premium or mid-premium door brands / architectural solution companies.Ability to scale teams, set up regional structures, and drive long-term brand presence. What We Offer:
