About the Role

As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the Celebrity Artist Brand, you will play a crucial role in managing and scaling the business ecosystem of the celebrity artist. Your responsibilities will include overseeing brand strategy, business development, revenue growth, partnerships, talent management, academy operations, product launches, digital expansion, and ensuring overall business profitability. Acting as the bridge between the artist's creative vision and commercial success, you will be instrumental in driving the brand forward.

Key Responsibilities: - Business Strategy & Growth - Develop and execute long-term business growth plans. - Identify new revenue streams such as masterclasses, academies, products, endorsements, and international opportunities.
- Build annual business plans and expansion strategies.

  • Celebrity Brand Management - Protect and strengthen the artist's personal brand.

  • - Oversee PR, media relations, reputation management, and public appearances.
    - Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

  • Partnerships & Business Development - Secure collaborations with beauty, fashion, luxury, and lifestyle brands.

  • - Negotiate endorsement deals, campaigns, and commercial partnerships.
    - Develop relationships with agencies, celebrities, production houses, and event organizers.

  • Revenue & Financial Management - Own P&L responsibility.

  • - Create budgets and revenue forecasts.
    - Monitor profitability, costs, and ROI across all business units.

  • Team Leadership - Lead marketing, sales, operations, academy, and talent management teams.

  • - Recruit and mentor senior leadership.
    - Establish KPIs and performance metrics.

  • Digital & Social Media Growth - Oversee content strategy and digital monetization.

  • - Drive growth across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
    - Build influencer and creator collaborations.

  • Events & Talent Management - Supervise celebrity bookings, appearances, masterclasses, workshops, and international tours.

  • - Manage contracts, negotiations, and scheduling.
    - Ensure seamless client and brand experiences.

  • Operations & Compliance - Build SOPs and operational systems.

  • - Manage legal, HR, vendor, and compliance matters.
    - Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the business.

    Required Qualifications:

  • • 1020+ years of leadership experience.

  • • Experience in celebrity management, beauty, fashion, luxury, entertainment, media, or personal branding.

  • • Strong network within brands, agencies, media, and entertainment industries.

  • • Proven track record in revenue growth and business scaling.

  • • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
  • This role will be evaluated based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, brand partnership value, profitability, social media growth and engagement, client retention, event and masterclass success, team performance, and expansion into new markets.

    Preferred Industry Experience includes Celebrity Management, Talent Management, Beauty & Cosmetics, Fashion & Luxury, Media & Entertainment, and Influencer Marketing.
