About the Role

As a Vice President (Project Manager) at BNP Paribas India Solutions, your role will be crucial in driving continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives both locally and globally. You will oversee key projects and programs within the Securities Services Operations, coordinating various transversal initiatives, finance, strategic projects, governance meetings, and communication management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Establish a strong project governance structure for every Business Solutions Unit Project

  • • Lead transversal cost reduction and strategic initiatives to achieve cost competitiveness

  • • Ensure project commitments align with the organization's strategy and priorities set by management

  • • Monitor the efficiency program for Securities Services Operations, including headcount monitoring and delivery of efficiencies

  • • Track and monitor high-importance projects, including budget, effort, and deliverables

  • • Plan and coordinate all administrative, financial, and operational activities for Securities Services Operations

  • • Manage budgets and costs of the cluster closely

  • • Collaborate with control functions (IG, OPC, ORC) on specific items requiring timely closure

  • • Produce a summary of activity and project portfolio for relevant committees and stakeholders

    • Qualifications Required:

  • • Strong analytical, people, project, and change management skills

  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • • Expertise in Project and Change Management

  • • Proficiency in MS Office tools PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • • Self-starter with problem-solving abilities and initiative

  • • Change agent focused on achieving results and driving innovation

  • • Energetic, proactive, and results-oriented with a positive attitude

    • Specific Qualifications:

  • • Expert in Project and Change Management Skills

  • • Lean Six Sigma GB / BB Certified

    • Education Level:

  • • Bachelor Degree or equivalent

    • Experience Level:

  • • At least 14 years
