About the Role

As a Product Portfolio Operations Manager in Consumer and Community Banking, you play a crucial role in implementing connectivity strategies and enhancing coordination within the Self-Service Enablement product line. Your expertise in strategic thinking and operational excellence will contribute to successful product launches and enhancements. Here are your key responsibilities:

  • • Manage feature delivery processes from Discovery through Deployment to ensure successful product launches, enhancements, and delivery against business objectives.

  • • Champion operational efficiency by supporting training needs assessments, process maturation, and the adoption of best practices and industry standards.

  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, roadmaps, and communication plans for change initiatives.

  • • Establish planning processes and roadmaps that align delivery with organizational goals, market demands, and portfolio objectives.

  • • Track and communicate product delivery and operational metrics to ensure transparency, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.

  • • Identify and assess risks throughout the product lifecycle, working closely with stakeholders to proactively resolve issues and maintain delivery momentum.

  • • Promote innovation, collaboration, and high performance within product delivery teams.
  • To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • • 10 years of experience in product delivery, product management, or related roles with at least 5 years in a leadership position.

  • • Experience in banking, financial services, or technology domains.

  • • Proven track record of delivering complex products or platforms in a large organization.

  • • Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, and other product development methodologies.

  • • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to shape outcomes.

  • • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

  • • Strong leadership skills, deep understanding of agile practices, and a proven track record of delivering complex products in a fast-paced environment.
