About the Role

In this role as a Vice President - Process Engineer at Corporate Bank, you will play a crucial role in the strategic transformation agenda. Your main responsibilities include partnering with Corporate Banking branch operations and coverage support teams to re-engineer processes, enhance controls, automate workflows, and transform risk-management and client-service capabilities. You will be instrumental in building centers of excellence across process optimization, automation, and data analytics to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, cycle time, resiliency, and digital enablement in alignment with Corporate Bank's operating model. This position reports to the Front to Back Operations Transformation Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Lead front-to-back redesign initiatives across Corporate Bank Operations focusing on standardization, digital transformation, and operational excellence.

  • • Execute target operating model (TOM) strategies covering process controls, system architecture, automation pathways, and location strategy.

  • • Establish Centers of Excellence for process re-engineering, Lean/Six Sigma optimization, automation, and data/analytics.

  • • Develop end-to-end process models to identify inefficiencies, reduce risk, and create scalable future-state designs.

  • • Drive digital automation initiatives leveraging workflow tools, analytics, and scenario modeling.

  • • Partner with product, technology, and operational leads to deliver global transformation programs with strong governance.

  • • Collaborate across CB business lines, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Control functions, and regional Corporate Banking teams to uplift client experience and enhance control maturity.

  • • Promote a culture of continuous improvement through training, coaching, and best-practice adoption.
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • 15+ years of transformation experience in banking operations, with exposure to branch operations and client servicing models.

  • • Deep understanding of Corporate Bank product sets such as cash management, payments, trade finance, lending, trust & agency services, and securities services.

  • • Proficiency in F2B transformation, target-state process design, and operational-control uplift.

  • • Expertise in Lean/Six Sigma, process re-engineering, and automation-led process redesign.

  • • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

  • • Organized, resilient, and effective in a fast-paced, matrixed environment managing multiple priorities and delivering against deadlines.

  • • Experience with digital platforms, automation ecosystems, workflow tools, data analytics, and process-modelling standards.
