About the Role

We’re hiring a dynamic and experienced Leader to head our Data . Integration Operations team. This role requires a strong mix of leadership, execution, and collaboration, ideally with experience in fintech or financial services. You’ll be the senior-most representative on-site, responsible for team growth, operational excellence, and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations and serve as the primary point of contact for the Data . Integration Operations team.

• Lead and mentor our cross-functional team across data analytics, support, and operations.

• Drive hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of local talent.

• Build a strong, values-aligned culture rooted in trust, autonomy, and excellence.

• Collaborate closely with leadership across product, engineering, and finance to ensure strategic alignment.

• Oversee performance and reporting for the local data analytics team, ensuring insights inform business decisions.

• Contribute to site-level planning, operational processes, and delivery tracking.

Requirements

• 10. years of people and team management experience.

• Prior experience leading a team of 25. people.

• Strong background in financial services, fintech, or related operational roles.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-growth environments.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.

• Must be based full-time in Coimbatore, with occasional travel to other Arcana locations.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with or managing distributed/global teams.

• Comfort navigating the fast pace and ambiguity of startup environments.
