As the Vice President of Operations & Process Innovation at a 32-year-old healthcare billing and medical records company with employees in the US, Peru, and India, you will play a crucial role in leading the operational aspects of the business. Your primary responsibility will be to take ownership of day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning across all locations. You will drive process design, make technology decisions, coordinate teams across different countries, and focus on continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: - Fully own day-to-day operations in the US, Peru, and India - Be directly accountable for operational performance, quality, and throughput - Analyze, redesign, standardize, implement, and measure workflows

Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience leading operations in a mid-size company
In your first 90 days, you will immerse yourself in operations across all locations, map current workflows, identify pain points, present an operational assessment to the CEO, design future-state workflows, implement improvement initiatives, and establish a transformation roadmap for the next 6 months.
How success will be measured: - Operations running smoothly without CEO intervention
