Role Overview:
As the Senior Vice President of Global Payroll Operations & Transformation, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of payroll services for all employees, focusing on establishing and leading a top-tier payroll operations center in Gurgaon. Your role demands a combination of operational expertise, transformation leadership, and a strong emphasis on governance and compliance. Your main objectives include ensuring seamless payroll execution for the India entity and developing a scalable global payroll model for international locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for accurate and timely payroll delivery for all employees, starting with India and expanding globally.• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing payroll operations team based in Gurgaon.• Define and implement the target operating model for global payroll, outlining clear roles, responsibilities, and service level agreements (SLAs).• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging technology and best practices to enhance service quality and efficiency.• Strategically transition global payroll processes to the Gurgaon center of excellence, including technology evaluation, process re-engineering, and vendor consolidation.• Drive the implementation of a global payroll platform or optimize the existing multi-vendor landscape.• Establish a robust global payroll governance framework, ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations for India payroll and overseeing compliance for other countries.• Manage relationships with global payroll vendors, ensuring performance, accuracy, and cost accountability.• Act as the ultimate escalation point for complex payroll issues and provide clear communication to senior leadership on payroll performance and initiatives.Qualifications Required:
