As a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) in a dynamic private equity firm based in Worli, Mumbai, your role is crucial in leading IT and cybersecurity initiatives to support business operations, enhance efficiency, and safeguard sensitive financial data. Key Responsibilities: - IT Infrastructure & Operations: - Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure across on-premises, cloud-based, and third-party platforms. - Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of all systems and applications. - Implement and manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.

• 8 years of IT leadership experience, preferably in financial services or private equity.

• Proven experience in managing cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity frameworks, and enterprise applications.

• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Preferred Certifications: - CISSP, CISM, or equivalent cybersecurity certifications.
