Role Overview:
As the Chief Marketing Officer and Co-Founder at Talendium AI, you will play a crucial role in strategically leading the company to establish a strong market presence in AI-powered talent solutions. Your responsibilities will include building the brand, driving customer acquisition, creating market demand, and positioning the company as a leader in the industry. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and the leadership team to define the go-to-market strategy and accelerate revenue growth. This role is ideal for a growth-oriented leader who excels in startup environments and is passionate about AI, talent technology, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Define and execute global marketing and growth strategy.

  • • Develop a compelling brand vision and market positioning.

  • • Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive advantages.

  • • Contribute to company-wide strategic planning as a founding executive.

  • • Establish the company as an authority in AI, talent intelligence, and HR technology.

  • • Develop thought leadership programs, executive branding, and industry presence.

  • • Build relationships with media, analysts, industry associations, and strategic partners.

  • • Lead content, PR, events, webinars, podcasts, and digital engagement initiatives.

  • • Create scalable customer acquisition strategies and optimize marketing programs.

  • • Build and manage lead generation funnels across multiple channels.

  • • Partner with sales to drive pipeline growth and revenue generation.

  • • Translate complex AI capabilities into clear business value propositions.

  • • Lead product launches, market expansion initiatives, and gather customer feedback.

  • • Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.

  • • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.

  • • Build a culture of innovation, experimentation, and accountability.

  • • Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation effectively.
  • Qualifications:
    Required:

  • • 8 years of experience in marketing, growth, brand strategy, or go-to-market leadership.

  • • Proven success in B2B SaaS, AI, HRTech, TalentTech, or technology sectors.

  • • Strong understanding of digital marketing, demand generation, and customer acquisition.

  • • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

  • • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Preferred:

  • • Previous startup founder or co-founder experience.

  • • Experience raising brand visibility for emerging technology companies.

  • • Robust network within HR, recruitment, AI, enterprise software, or technology ecosystems.
