About the Role

As a Card Pricing Product Manager at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a vital role in managing the disclosed credit card terms on a customer's account. Your main responsibility will be to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance pricing capabilities that have a direct impact on customer experience and support strategic business initiatives. This position falls under the Marketing, Growth & Innovation organization of Card Services, a crucial business unit within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group.

Key Responsibilities: - Collect user requirements and feedback from business partners and project leads to support and lead initiatives. - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on an area product owned system. - Take ownership of Epics and Stories to deliver features that align with project goals, including refining them in JIRA with the Scrum team.

  • • Identify potential project roadblocks, bottlenecks, and dependencies to ensure smooth project execution.

  • • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deeply understand customer journeys and product impacts.

  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful and timely project execution.

  • • Maintain a strong control environment by adhering to risk/control procedures and delivering customer-centric solutions.

  • • Develop test plans for capabilities with an automation mindset in partnership with product and technology teams.
  • Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Required: - 8+ years of product work experience in product development or a related field.

  • • Ability to collaborate with various functional areas to drive successful project execution.

  • • Proficiency in Agile methodology and expertise in agile processes and principles.

  • • Experience with modern technology stacks such as cloud, big data, microservices, and APIs.

  • • Demonstrated influence in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment.

  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Pivot Tables.

  • • Experience in the fintech or financial services industry.
