About the Role

You will be responsible for driving and tracking key HR transformation initiatives and strategic projects. This includes developing project plans, timelines, dashboards, and status reports, monitoring project progress, and ensuring timely execution of deliverables. You will also coordinate with HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders, prepare MIS reports, presentations, and dashboards for leadership review, support budgeting, resource planning, and tracking for HR initiatives, identify risks, gaps, and dependencies, and recommend corrective actions. Additionally, you will ensure governance, documentation, and process adherence across HR programs.

  • As the Executive Assistant to the CHRO, your responsibilities will include managing the CHRO's calendar, meetings, travel, and priorities. You will coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CHRO, prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action trackers, handle confidential documentation and sensitive HR information, assist in preparing presentations, reports, and leadership communications, liaise with senior stakeholders, leadership teams, and external partners, and support in organizing leadership meetings, town halls, and HR events.

  • Preferred candidate profile:

  • • Proven experience in HR PMO, Executive Assistant, or similar roles supporting senior leadership (preferably CHRO/ CXO level).

  • • Strong understanding of HR processes, transformation initiatives, and governance frameworks.

  • • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

  • • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.

  • • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.

  • • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.

  • • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle ambiguity effectively.

  • • Proactive, self-driven, and highly organized with a solution-oriented mindset.

  • • Prior experience in HR analytics, dashboarding, or reporting tools will be an added advantage.
