We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager (Head) – MICE Outbound to lead and grow the outbound MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) division. The candidate should have strong expertise in international group travel, corporate event planning, vendor management, client servicing, and business development within the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the outbound MICE operations and sales team.

• Develop business strategies to increase corporate MICE sales and revenue.

• Handle end-to-end planning and execution of international MICE events.

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, hotels, airlines, and DMCs.

• Prepare proposals, itineraries, costing, and presentations for clients.

• Negotiate rates and contracts with suppliers and vendors.

• Ensure smooth coordination for conferences, incentives, exhibitions, and corporate group movements.

• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

• Achieve sales targets and maintain profitability of the MICE division.

• Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.

• Train, mentor, and supervise team members.

Required Skills . Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel . Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.

• 8–15 years of experience in outbound MICE operations and sales within a travel company.

• Strong knowledge of international destinations, visa processes, airlines, hotels, and DMC networks.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage large corporate groups and events.

• Strong client relationship and business development skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, travel CRM systems, and budgeting tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Existing corporate client network will be an added advantage.

• Strong operational and financial management capabilities.
