About the Role

As a seasoned HR professional, your role will involve driving key interventions in organizational change & transformation, scaling up regional business setups, and developing capability & leadership pipeline. You will also be responsible for aligning the total rewards strategy, building employer brand, and enhancing HR operational efficiency & effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • MBA/MSW from a Tier-1 Institute
