Job Description – General Manager Finance . Accounts Position:- General Manager – Finance . Accounts Industry :-Manufacturing – Metallic Can . Plastic Containers and Paints Processing.
Qualification:-

  • • Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

    • Experience

  • • 15 Years of experience in Finance . Accounts

  • • Experience in handling multiple manufacturing plants on a PAN India basis

  • • Strong exposure to manufacturing industry accounting and financial controls

  • • Financial Accounting . Reporting

  • • Finalization of Accounts . Balance Sheet Preparation

  • • Plant Accounting . Cost Control

  • • GST, Taxation . Statutory Compliance

  • • Budgeting . Financial Planning

  • • SAP / ERP Systems Knowledge

  • • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • • MIS Reporting . Financial Analysis

  • • Internal Controls . Audit Coordination

  • • Excellent analytical and communication skills

    • Key Responsibilities

  • • Oversee complete Finance . Accounts operations across multiple manufacturing plants in India

  • • Handle finalization of accounts, preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit . Loss Account, and financial statements

  • • Ensure accurate and timely financial accounting and reporting

  • • Monitor plant-wise accounting, costing, inventory valuation, and financial controls

  • • Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory requirements

  • • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

  • • Manage cash flow, banking, working capital, and fund management

  • • Coordinate with auditors and banks.

  • • Implement and strengthen internal financial controls and compliance systems

  • • Prepared MIS reports and delivered financial insights to management to support decision-making and quarterly financial presentations before Board meetings.

  • • Ensure smooth ERP/SAP-based accounting operations across locations

  • • Experience in handling multi-location plant accounting

  • • Ability to lead large finance teams and drive operational efficiency

  • • Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving abilities
