Job Description – General Manager Finance . Accounts Position:- General Manager – Finance . Accounts Industry :-Manufacturing – Metallic Can . Plastic Containers and Paints Processing.
Qualification:-

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

Experience

• 15 Years of experience in Finance . Accounts

• Experience in handling multiple manufacturing plants on a PAN India basis

• Strong exposure to manufacturing industry accounting and financial controls

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete Finance . Accounts operations across multiple manufacturing plants in India

• Handle finalization of accounts, preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit . Loss Account, and financial statements

• Ensure accurate and timely financial accounting and reporting

• Monitor plant-wise accounting, costing, inventory valuation, and financial controls

• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory requirements

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

• Manage cash flow, banking, working capital, and fund management

• Coordinate with auditors and banks.

• Implement and strengthen internal financial controls and compliance systems

• Prepared MIS reports and delivered financial insights to management to support decision-making and quarterly financial presentations before Board meetings.

• Ensure smooth ERP/SAP-based accounting operations across locations

• Strong manufacturing industry exposure

• Experience in handling multi-location plant accounting

• Ability to lead large finance teams and drive operational efficiency

• Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving abilities
