About the Role

Role Overview:
As a Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at VectorStack, you will be the principal financial strategist and senior advisor to the CEO, Board, and global leadership team. Your role will involve deep IT services domain knowledge, international finance expertise, and multi-currency operational skills. This fractional engagement offers you the flexibility to provide strategic financial leadership and ensure robust fiscal management across multiple geographies to support aggressive growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Define and execute the global financial strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives.

  • • Provide actionable insights on capital allocation, M&A opportunities, international expansion, and funding strategy (equity, debt, and hybrid).

  • • Oversee financial operations across multi-geography entities, ensuring compliance with local GAAP, IFRS, and statutory requirements.

  • • Manage multi-currency accounting, transfer pricing, and tax optimization strategies for cross-border transactions.

  • • Implement enterprise-wide financial controls, risk management frameworks, and compliance programs in line with SOX, GDPR, and regional regulations.

  • • Drive financial forecasting, FP&A, budgeting, and KPI tracking for all business units.

  • • Prepare and present board-level financial reports, investor updates, and due diligence packages.

  • • Support fundraising, investor negotiations, and potential IPO or strategic exit initiatives.
  • Qualifications & Experience:

  • • Progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 10 years in senior finance roles within the IT Services industry.

  • • Extensive experience managing multi-entity, multi-currency operations across North America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.

  • • Proven track record in scaling IT service businesses, driving profitability, and managing complex cross-border structures.

  • • Strong understanding of AI/technology investment models, SaaS/PaaS economics, and services-based revenue recognition.

  • • Demonstrated success in equity/debt financing, M&A, and global investor relations.
  • Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • • Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant)

  • • CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) - Level III or Charterholder

  • • CIMA / CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant)

  • • IFRS Certification (for international reporting standards)
  • Key Attributes:

  • • Exceptional financial acumen and strategic foresight to navigate complex global markets.

  • • Proven ability to partner with technology leaders, understanding R&D investments, AI/ML product economics, and global delivery models.
