About the Role

Role Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven professional to take on the role of Executive Vice President at Foundever. As the EVP, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing key business operations, crafting strategic initiatives to drive growth, and fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding large-scale projects, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving organizational goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon that requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
• Extensive leadership and management experience, with a proven ability to inspire and guide diverse teams toward achieving strategic objectives
• Demonstrated expertise in business strategy development and implementation, market analysis, and organizational planning to achieve growth and scalability
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with budget management, financial forecasting, and driving profitability
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with high-level stakeholders and to effectively represent the organization
• Problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Experience in a senior leadership role within a multinational or large-scale organization is highly desirable
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
• Proven track record in achieving operational excellence and successfully delivering transformation initiatives
• Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities with a focus on collaboration and team performance
