As the Director Architecture Operations, you will be responsible for leading the firm's architectural operations to ensure design excellence, operational efficiency, and timely project delivery. Your role will involve close coordination with clients, consultants, and internal teams, as well as travel to project locations in India and abroad for project reviews, design discussions, and site support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership for architectural operations across multiple projects.• Oversee design development, execution, and quality control from concept to completion.• Travel to project locations in India and abroad for client meetings, design reviews, and site coordination.• Lead and participate in design competitions, concept design, and presentations.• Provide on-site architectural support during construction, resolving design and execution-related issues.• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.• Ensure compliance with design intent, statutory regulations, and quality standards.• Monitor project schedules, resource planning, and operational efficiency.• Support business development through client interactions, proposals, and technical inputs.Qualifications Required:
