About the Role

Role Overview:
You will be joining a global healthcare biopharma company in Hyderabad with a legacy of success and a mission to achieve new milestones in global healthcare. As an Associate Director, GSF DnA Information Architect, you will be responsible for shaping the data landscape by collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing and managing information systems, and leveraging advanced technologies to enhance data architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Utilize advanced knowledge of information architecture principles to establish and enforce standards across various capability areas such as data collection, ontology creation, data mapping, and taxonomies.

  • • Analyze the data landscape across the enterprise, assess the current state, and design projects to meet goals.

  • • Grow the capabilities of an enterprise data marketplace, including data cataloguing, data discovery, and data governance.

  • • Contribute to a master data management strategy and collaborate with stakeholders to implement information access policies.

  • • Recommend and implement enhancements to the enterprise Data Management architecture and create relevant deliverables and artifacts.

  • • Develop data-driven strategies to optimize business performance and align systems capabilities with strategic goals.

  • • Stay current with Information technology trends and introduce best practices to the company.
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • • 12+ years of experience in IT disciplines including Data Modeling, Databases, Master Data Management, Business Process Modeling, and 5+ years in Information Architecture.

  • • Proficiency in developing information models, and quality assessments, analyzing, designing, and developing solutions, and familiarity with information architecture frameworks and technology.

  • • Knowledge of data modeling tools and data management platforms, cloud platforms, and data integration tools.

  • • Strong problem-solving skills, leadership skills, coaching, and development abilities.

  • • Preferred qualifications include familiarity with AI/Data & Analytics functions, experience in Data Product implementation at scale, advanced degree in a related field, and certification in data management or architecture-related credentials.
