Role Overview :


- As the Dy. CEO / Chief Operating Officer, you will be the strategic and operational linchpin, driving the day-to-day execution and long-term vision of our organization. You will work closely with the CEO, leading diverse teams across operations, sales, and strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and sustainable growth.

- This pivotal role involves extensive engagement with internal department heads, key industry stakeholders, external partners, and clients, directly impacting our market positioning, operational efficiency, and overall business profitability. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping our organizational culture, fostering innovation, and ensuring we remain at the forefront of our industry, delivering exceptional value to our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:


- Drive comprehensive Portfolio Management strategies, optimizing existing offerings and identifying new growth avenues to enhance market share and revenue streams for sustained business expansion.


- Lead and significantly scale exhibitor sales and client acquisition efforts, developing robust strategies and fostering key relationships to achieve ambitious revenue targets and expand our market presence.


- Cultivate a high-performance Leadership & Culture across the organization, mentoring senior managers, fostering a collaborative environment, and embedding our core values to attract, retain, and develop top talent.


- Spearhead Stakeholder & Industry Engagement, building and nurturing strategic alliances with key partners, government bodies, and industry associations to influence policy, drive advocacy, and secure competitive advantages.


- Champion Innovation & Future Readiness, identifying emerging trends, evaluating new technologies, and implementing agile operational models to ensure the organization remains competitive and adaptable in a dynamic market landscape.


- Oversee operational excellence, streamlining processes and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery across all business functions.


- Develop and execute strategic business plans, translating organizational vision into actionable goals and ensuring alignment across all departments to achieve long-term objectives.


- Manage financial performance, working closely with finance teams to optimize budgets, control expenditures, and drive profitability while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.


- Lead critical cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery, effective resource allocation, and successful outcomes that contribute directly to strategic business goals.

Required Skillset :


- Candidates should possess a proven track record of strategic leadership and operational excellence, typically acquired over 12-18 years in progressively senior roles within relevant industries.

- Demonstrated ability in managing complex portfolios, driving significant revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, and fostering a high-performance organizational culture is essential.

- Exceptional skills in building and maintaining robust relationships with diverse stakeholders, including industry leaders, government officials, and key clients, are paramount

- A forward-thinking mindset with a strong capacity for identifying and implementing innovative solutions to ensure future readiness and competitive advantage is critical.

- Candidates must exhibit superior analytical capabilities, sound business judgment, and the ability to make high-stakes decisions under pressure.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required to articulate vision and strategy effectively to all levels of the organization and external partners.

- A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from a premier institution or an equivalent advanced degree in a relevant field is highly preferred. This role is based full-time in Greater Noida, requiring a strong on-site presence to lead and manage operations effectively.
