Role Purpose

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for leading and managing Teceze’s end-to-end business operations across all major service towers and strategic business units. This role will drive operational excellence, service delivery performance, business scalability, profitability, governance, and cross-functional alignment across the organization.

The COO will directly oversee the heads of Teceze’s 8 business units and ensure consistent execution of strategic, commercial, and operational goals across all towers. In addition, the role will provide leadership oversight to key enabling functions including service delivery, GRC, HR, and Accounts . Finance, while working in close partnership with the CFO to maintain strict financial discipline and cash flow controls.

  • Key Responsibilities

    1. Enterprise Operations Leadership

    Lead and oversee the day-to-day and strategic operations of all Teceze business towers globally. Ensure operational consistency, alignment with company goals, and delivery of sustainable growth across all service lines.

    2. Business Unit Governance

    Provide direct leadership, performance management, and strategic direction to the heads of all 8 business units. Establish clear accountability for growth, margin, delivery quality, customer satisfaction, utilization, and operational efficiency.

    3. Service Delivery Excellence

    Oversee service delivery functions across all towers to ensure high-quality execution, SLA compliance, customer satisfaction, retention, and service profitability. Build scalable service delivery frameworks, review operating models, and drive continuous improvement.

    4. Cross-Functional Leadership

    Drive alignment across business and enabling verticals including:


  • • Governance, Risk . Compliance (GRC)

  • • Human Resources

  • • Accounts . Finance

  • • Operations Excellence / PMO

  • • Customer Success / Delivery Assurance
  • Ensure these functions effectively support business expansion, service quality, risk mitigation, and workforce productivity.

    5. Financial Discipline and Cash Flow Control

    Partner closely with the CFO to maintain strict control over cash flow, working capital, cost governance, and operational spending. Ensure business units operate with strong commercial discipline, healthy margins, timely collections, and efficient resource planning.

    6. Profitability and Performance Management

    Own operational P.L discipline across towers by monitoring revenue realization, gross margins, delivery costs, bench management, utilization, and project profitability. Implement performance reviews and corrective actions to protect EBITDA and cash position.

    7. Strategic Execution

    Translate Teceze’s growth vision into executable operational plans. Support expansion into new geographies, sectors, enterprise accounts, and government opportunities through scalable operating models and efficient execution.

    8. Organizational Scaling

    Build robust structures, processes, and leadership capabilities to support rapid global growth. Ensure all business units are equipped with the right operational controls, talent models, delivery processes, and reporting mechanisms.

    9. Risk, Compliance, and Control Environment

    Ensure operational adherence to internal controls, statutory requirements, audit expectations, information security standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory frameworks. Work with GRC and business leaders to minimize delivery, legal, financial, and reputational risks.

    10. Process Improvement and Transformation

    Drive transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, automation, standardization, cost optimization, and business agility. Identify opportunities to streamline operations and implement best practices across all towers.

    11. Leadership and Culture

    Develop a high-performance operating culture built on accountability, speed, ownership, quality, and customer centricity. Mentor senior leaders and foster strong collaboration between business units and corporate functions.

  • Experience


  • • 18. years of leadership experience, with significant exposure to IT services, managed services, global operations, and multi-business unit management

  • • Proven success in leading large-scale service delivery and operational functions across diverse service lines

  • • Strong experience managing senior business heads and cross-functional corporate teams

  • • Demonstrated ability to scale organizations, improve operational efficiency, and drive profitability

  • • Experience in financial governance, cost control, working capital management, and cash flow discipline

  • • Exposure to global enterprise customers, government business, and complex service environments is highly preferred
