We are a leading supplier of Cathodic Protection products, proudly serving the Indian Navy and Indian Coast Guard for over 25 years. Our mission-critical solutions have supported naval operations with reliability and innovation, and we are now seeking a dynamic leader to join us as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

🎯 Role Overview

The COO will oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, and ensure seamless execution of defense supply contracts. This is a strategic leadership role requiring operational discipline, defense sector familiarity, and the ability to align teams with long-term growth objectives.

👤 Candidate Profile

• Retired Indian Naval Officer (preferably Lt Cdr rank, short service)

• Strong understanding of defense procurement systems, naval operations, and technical supply chains

• Proven leadership in managing large-scale operations and defense contracts

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
