About the Role

Role Overview:
As the CISO Delivery at TAC Security, you will lead the end-to-end delivery, governance, and operational excellence of the cybersecurity services portfolio. Your responsibilities include ensuring successful execution of client engagements, maintaining service quality, driving customer satisfaction, managing security operations, and aligning cybersecurity outcomes with business objectives. You will serve as a strategic advisor to clients while overseeing security programs across various initiatives such as Vulnerability Management, Managed Security Services, SOC Operations, Penetration Testing, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the delivery of cybersecurity services for global enterprise customers.

• Ensure consistent execution of security programs within defined scope, timelines, SLAs, and quality standards.

• Own customer success, service delivery governance, and operational performance.

• Establish delivery frameworks, processes, and best practices for scalable cybersecurity operations.

• Act as a trusted cybersecurity advisor for C-level executives and client leadership teams.

• Drive security maturity improvements across customer environments.

• Guide customers on cybersecurity governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance requirements.

• Define and execute cybersecurity delivery strategies aligned with TAC Security's business objectives.

• Lead and mentor delivery managers, security consultants, SOC teams, and technical leads.

• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field.

• Master's degree (MBA/MS) preferred.

• 15+ years of cybersecurity experience with at least 8+ years in leadership roles.

• Proven experience leading enterprise cybersecurity delivery, managed security services, SOC operations, or consulting practices.

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, cloud security, application security, and security operations.
