In this role at our client, a leading AI-driven eCommerce product discovery platform, you will play a crucial part in steering the technology and product strategy, shaping the company's growth trajectory from 10M to 20-30M and beyond.

Role Overview: As a strategic and visionary individual, you will combine technical expertise with business acumen to define and execute the company's technology roadmap. Your responsibilities will include ensuring product innovation and reliability at scale, driving technology and product vision, and partnering with leadership on growth strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Define and deliver the technology and product vision aligned with business growth objectives.

  • • Ensure platforms can handle large-scale search queries and personalization decisions with high availability and sub-second performance.

  • • Drive adoption of modern architectures and tools (Java, Go, Python, NoSQL databases, Kafka, Redis) while focusing on business outcomes.

  • • Innovate in AI/ML to enhance the company's competitive edge in eCommerce discovery.

    • Qualifications Required: - 15 years of leadership experience in SaaS/eCommerce/AI-driven technology businesses.

  • • Proven success in scaling businesses from 10M to 20M ARR.

  • • Strong technical credibility with experience in Java, Go, Python, cloud-native architectures, NoSQL, Kafka/Redis.

  • • Deep experience managing high-scale, high-volume systems with billions of data interactions.

  • • Ability to bridge technology and business to drive growth.
