Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure timely and cost-effective production of high-quality stainless steel products.• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity and reduce costs.• Lead and mentor the operations team, ensuring alignment with company goals and continuous improvement.• Manage the supply chain, ensuring efficient procurement, inventory management, and distribution.• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on operational performance to the CEO and board.• Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and quality assurance across all production areas.• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment of operations with market demands.• Identify and implement technological advancements to streamline operations and improve product quality.• Manage budget, P&L, and financial performance for operations.Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a COO, Operations Director, or similar senior management role in manufacturing, preferably in the stainless steel, metal, or mining industry.• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control.• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on operational efficiency.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to develop and manage budgets and financial plans.• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Metallurgy Engineering, MBA preferred.
